Sharing/Inviting Users to a Public Recording

To share an existing recording with particular users, log into the management site (log into listentochurch.com, and if you have management credentials, select Manage under the drop-down under your name).

Once in the management site, scroll down the Administration pane to find Recordings.

In the Recordings workspace, select the arrow icon.

Open

This will open a Recording Invitation workspace.

Open

Select the users you wish to share the recording with by entering their email address, or addresses. Select the length of time you wish the recording to remain available to them, then click Save and new item.

Open

Once saved, you will be returned to the Recordings page, where you can either repeat the process or manage your other recordings.
