How to: Share a Public Recording (Public Listen)

If you have created a recording, sharing it to individual listeners is a simple process. Simply click Public Listen on the desired recording:

Upon clicking Public Listen a popup will appear, providing two options:

  • Default Link: This creates a link that will be valid for the life of the recording.

  • Custom Link: This creates a link that lasts for a set period of time, based on the number of days specified in the Lifetime of link in days field.

Clicking either Default or Custom Link will take you to a listening page for the recording in question.

To share this recording, simply copy the URL to this public listen page, and share it with the desired constituents. This can be via email, telegram, or other means of communication. Simply paste the link in the message platform of choice.
