How To: Set Up Your Intergram Chat Widget

Intergram is a tech support chat tool based on Telegram that works with ListenToChurch and CloudVeil Messenger. (https://github.com/idoco/intergram )  It is an open-source software,  and ListenToChurch supports either the hosted version or your own copy.  We do not yet host our own copy, but we may in the future.

Option 1: Provide your own support

  1. Open Telegram messenger, search for @Intergram and type /start to get your unique chat ID. https://web.telegram.org/#/im?p=@IntergramBot



  2. Once you have received the chat ID send it to support@aleph-com.net. We'll take it from there.

Option 2: Provide support as part of a group

  1. Create a new CloudVeil Messenger or Telegram Group.

     

  2. Give the group a unique name.  For this example, we will use the name LTC Support.




  3. Add the other users who will help you provide support. Be sure to add the Intergram Bot.




  4. Start typing /start and then select /start@IntergramBot.




  5. The bot will provide you with a code that you can send to support@aleph-com.net and we will get it integrated into your stream.

  6. Once we have added your Intergram code to your streaming page you will see something like this:




  7. The user can click on the Click to Chat! button to begin chatting with you.
