Edit Streams: Basic Options

  1. Conference - Displays the name of the stream being edited.

  2. Active - This is the status of the stream, whether active or inactive.

  3. Mountpoint - This is the identification number of the mountpoint. This can serve as an identifier for the stream.

  4. Record Stream - This setting determines whether or not your audio stream is recorded on ListenToChurch servers.

  5. Enable Video Conference Integration - If your conference stream includes a video component, this setting will enable it.

  6. Description - This allows you to set the description which shows on your stream page.

  7. Player Version - This is the version of the audio player that your listeners are currently using. It is best to keep this at the recommended level.

  8. Default Stream Server (Relay) - This determines the server your users should connect to by default.

  9. Live Transcription - Available on select plans, this feature allows you to turn on Live Transcription. The listeners can watch live text of what’s being said on the listener page.

  10. Allow Relays - Allow Relays controls whether other congregations are allowed to relay/rebroadcast our services as their own.

  11. Copyright Compliance Module Enabled - This is always set to Yes - enabled.

  12. Mount Password - Streaming software such as Broadcast Myself Pro requires a password. The password can be entered here.

  13. Mount Username - Streaming software such as Broadcast Myself Pro requires a username. The username can be entered here.

  14. Max Listeners - The number of listeners included with your plan. Stream upgrades purchased are added to this number. (In other words, this may not reflect the true maximum. If you have questions about maximum listener count, contact support.)

  15. Unlimited Listeners? - This is a new subscription option that allows your stream to have unlimited listeners for a set fee every month. This setting will be either:

    1. No - Maximum enforced

    2. Yes - Unlimited - 20$ a month (price subject to change)

  16. Whitelisted Users Overflow - You can purchase additional capacity for your conference/stream. If purchased, the additional capacity will display here.

  17. Alias - The first part of your stream link. If this was “demo” then your stream link would be    https://demo.listentochurch.com.

  18. Alias2 - Provides an alternate streaming address such as “test” to have a 2nd stream link (https://test.listentochurch.com) point to your site as well.
